Tony and Suzanne Marriott join RE/MAX Achievers

July 20, 2004 — Tony and Suzanne Marriott announced today that they are moving from Century 21 Desert Estates in Anthem, AZ to RE/MAX Achievers in Phoenix, AZ.

 

 “In conjunction with our move to Verrado (the first REALTORS® to live in the brand new DMB Community in the West Valley (Buckeye, AZ) we decided to join RE/MAX Achievers.” Tony Marriott says. “Our demographic based real estate business means we cover the entire valley, and RE/MAX Achievers has offices across the valley which we will be able to use for meetings with clients. We interviewed several brokers and though it was a tough decision to leave Century 21 Desert Estates and it was even more difficult to decide where to hang our license, we were extremely impressed with what the RE/MAX affiliation provided."

 

“Financially, the RE/MAX business model is preferable for a Husband / Wife team over the other major franchises due to the flat fee strucure and no royalty / franchise fee."
